ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO COVID, ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS ON THE CARRIER END.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL (1-4 BUSINESS DAYS) ON ALL U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
WE OFFER $10 FLAT RATE TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY VIA DHL EXPRESS (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS). WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOM FEES. WE ALSO OFFER COMPLEMENTARY SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE $250 VIA DHL EXPRESS (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS).
 

RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS:


WE ACCEPT RETURNS (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FINAL SALE ITEMS) FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND UP TO 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT, AS LONG AS MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN AND UNWASHED, WITH ALL LABELS, TAGS, REMOVABLE PADS AND HYGIENIC LINERS IN TACT. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF ANY MAKEUP OR DEODORANT STAINS ON MERCHANDISE, AS WE WILL NOT GRANT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON DAMAGED ITEMS. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS IF THE RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY.
$7.50 RETURN SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUNDS MADE TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

  2. PACK THE ITEM & PRINT OUT RETURN LABEL.
  3. SCHEDULE A PICK-UP OR DROP OFF PACKAGE WITH COURIER.
  4. PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS BACK AT THE WAREHOUSE.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM.

  1. PLEASE EMAIL INFO@A-F-L-O-A-T.COM REFERENCING YOUR ORDER # AND INDICATING WHETHER IT IS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. THEN, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. 
  2. PACK THE ITEM(S) & MARK THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION # ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
  3. SCHEDULE A PICK-UP OR DROP OFF PACKAGE WITH COURIER.
  4. REPLY TO OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION EMAIL AND PROVIDE TRACKING.
  5. PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS BACK AT THE WAREHOUSE.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM.
